Mr. McCracken has been an entrepreneur and CEO leading technology and software companies for over two decades. Recognized for demonstrating a natural aptitude for strategic business planning and technology solutions, as well as for creating innovative acquisitions and marketing programs with a global presence, he has a verifiable history of contributing directly to company growth and expansion throughout his career.
Professional focal points include scaling early-stage technology businesses, venture capital and private equity backed technology companies, mergers and acquisitions, and long-term strategic vision and short-term operational planning inclusive of revenue generation, product design/development, sales, marketing, operations, and financial performance, and investor relationships.
Mr. McCracken consults with company CEO’s on a global scale with successful engagements in 10 countries. In this role, he has provided executive consulting services ranging from creating new technology business units, turnarounds/fixes, evaluating and inventorying technology IP for company spin-offs, leading strategic planning, creating investor-ready business plans and presentations, creating innovation roadmaps, raising capital, and leading foreign market entry initiatives.
He is a past winner of the Innovation of the Year award, 40 Under 40, and other leadership awards, He has been featured in business journals and industry publications for outstanding leadership and business ethics. He has also served on a variety of Boards of Directors including: for-profit, non-profit, associations, foundations, and universities.
Mr. McCracken holds an MBA in International Business & Marketing from the Carl H. Lindner College of Business at the University of Cincinnati.
