Changing Your Lens: It’s Already Been 5 Years!

Hard to believe I wrote the first article for this blog over 5 years ago.  Statistics tell me that most bloggers quit within their first two years, and the fact my 2 year anniversary fell within the Global Pandemic of Covid-19, that just adds another sense of accomplishment. Although I am not writing the articles as frequent as the first couple of years due to time constraints with work/family , I am still motivated and excited to share my business and technology experiences and insight with my followers.

My goal all along for this blog was to share my very diverse business experiences as I didn’t take the traditional corporate path.  As an entrepreneur for 25+ years leading companies, and the past 6 years consulting with amazing businesses around the world, I have been exposed and able to conquer a great variety of challenging business situations. If I can help my followers sidestep some landmines along their leadership journey, I have accomplished my goal. Sometime something as simple as Changing Your Lens allows one to gain a new level of clarity.

This blog incorporates business and technology topics, but I recently did an analysis and learned that the Business & Leadership/Strategy category composes over 38% of the articles, yet Technology is less than 15%.  I will make a focus this year to close that gap, while also adding key content to the other categories as well.
